Juan has been impressive so far in Speedweeks, and may be a threat to win the 500 tomorrow. He needs his equipment to last the whole race, not 25 percent of it. This was a typical Busch Daytona race, with the driver leading with about 25 laps to go going on to win. Good race ran by Harvick.

Now to the ESPN coverage (don't call it ESPN2 anymore, for they are eliminating the ESPN2 brand), I liked the prerace show. Very little fluff like there is with Fox and TNT, and Chris was a great host. However, his best work is on College GameDay for football, as he stumbled through most of his lines. Brent gives every race the "big race" feel, as they attempted to do with him in the IRL last year. Brad may be the best analyst in NASCAR today, for he knows what he is talking about and does not sound like a redneck doing it.

This might be the most ignorant staement ever! Big E, Richard Petty, Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, and many other really good drivers have had an engine fail. I guess they all suck to?

i was referring to earlier posts on this board about how people have put JPM on this pedastool as being the greatest driver around
